    **Gajar Ka Mazedar Halwa Made By Me**

    AsSalam Aliekum FM Frnds

    Kuch Days Pehle Meine Apne Hathon Se Ye Lazeez Gajar Ka Halwa Tayyar Kiya Tha (without any help frm @Payaliaa)
    Mulaheza Farmayen....

    Ingredients:

    Carrot (Desi Gajar) 2 Kgs
    Milk 2 Kgs
    Sugar Nearly 750 Gms
    (meine andazy se shamil ki)
    Ghee 100 Gms
    khoa Ya Milkmaid 1/2 Kg
    Elaichi 2 to 3
    ur Fav Dry fruits
    meine only badam use kiye 50 gms

    Method :

    Gajar Ko kisi ache tez chopper se kaddukash karlen aur 2 kg doodh dalkar dheemi anch me pakayen
    jab doodh khushk hojaye to stove band karden aur ek doosre bartan me Ghee garam karen,elaichi k dany dalen,khushboo ane par Gajar ka mixture ghee me shamil karden aur tab tak fry karte rahen jabtak k gajar ka color thora brownish na hojaye aur ghee alag hone lage..abb apni marzi k hisab se sugar add karen,kam khanewale 750 gms se kam daalen aur zyada meetha darkaar to 1 kg tak bhi shamil kar sakte hain..Sugar achi tarha mix hojaye to 10,15 mints tak fry karte rahen..dhyan rakhen k halwa jalne na paye.musalsil hilate rahen jab tak k dark brown color na hojaye..phir isme khoa ya milkmaid ya malayi apke pasand k mutabiq add karden aur abb thori si zara mehnat lagegi k musalsil chamach hilate rahen taky jo milkmaid ya khoa shamil kiya hai wo acchi tarha mix hojaye aur bubbles na banne payen..Jab acchi tarha fry hojaye aur ghee alag hone lage to stove se utaar len aur ek tray me ghee ya butter lagakar garam Halwa usme saja den..sprinkle fine chopped dry fruits for garnishing..
    Sardi ki sham mehmanon k ya gharwalon k sath ye halwa bht hi lutf deta hai...

    dahikhty he mung ma pani ana shrroo ho gaya hy

    but fiker not from now after 3 hrs meri Maa Jee be apnay hathon say Pakistan say bana ker laa rahi hy aur jald he mairy hath lugnay wala hy but 3 hrs k w8 aur phir mazay say ma khao ga

    any way app nay be kafi acha banay hy aur jitna acha dikh raha hy us say kahi bher ker is k tasty ho ga
